Why a new SNS website?
In recent months, many at-home customers (DIY) have been visiting the SNS website. We warmly welcome these visitors, but they have different needs from professionals. They’re looking for simpler products that are designed for personal use at home. So we’ve created TWO areas on the website: one for our DIY customers, and one for our licensed nail and beauty professionals.

For DIY Customers
Q. What’s different about the SNS at-home DIY products?
For DIY customers, we’ve created two all-in-one Dip Powder Nail Kits with complete instructions on doing dip powders at home. For individual products, we offer smaller sizes tailored for DIY enthusiasts. For home use, the bases and sealers are even gentler for the eyes and nose. As for dip powders, we’ve curated 100 of our most in-demand colors.
Q. Why aren’t all the SNS products available to DIY customers?
Nail and beauty professionals need a far wider range of products and colors to serve their clients well. Our focus for DIY enthusiasts is to provide a simple range of products that are safe and easy-to-use at home. For trained professionals, our commitment is to provide everything you need to deliver exceptional service to many different clients.
Q. I’m a DIY enthusiast. Do I have to log in to buy products at the SNS site?
When you make your very first purchase, you’ll be invited to create an account with SNS. After that, you’ll find it easy to log in with your email address and password every time you want to shop SNS. If you already have a customer account with SNS, you can access your account with your current login credentials (the email address and password you provided to open your account).
Q. What if I have a problem accessing my SNS customer account?
Please email myaccount@snsnails.com and let us know the problem you’re experiencing. One of our friendly customer service representatives will get back with you with a solution as soon as possible. Very Important: In the subject line or body of the email, please identify if you are an “at home" (DIY) customer. or a licensed nail and beauty professional.

For Nail and Beauty Professionals
Q. I’m a licensed professional and I’m new to SNS: how do I create my account?
To get full access to our professional product range, you’ll need to register with SNS as a “Pro”. That’s easy to do. Create a Pro Account on our Login page, and follow the steps.
Q. I’m a regular SNS Pro customer: how do I access product details on the new site?
If you’re registered with SNS as a Pro, simply log in with your current credentials — the email address and password you provided when you first opened your SNS account. Then you’ll have access to add professional products to your shopping cart.
Q. I’m a regular SNS Pro customer, but I’m not seeing the professional prices when I log in.
Our apologies! If you log in and don’t see the professional prices, that means our system has not yet confirmed you as a Pro. Please send an image of your professional license to: myaccount@snsnails.com
Q. Do you still offer professionals a special discount on all products?
Yes! SNS is committed to supporting nail and beauty professionals in every way we can. That’s why we offer an ongoing discount on all professional products. We also run frequent special promotions and discounts on selected Pro products: watch your email inbox for these!
Q. Does my professional discount apply to at-home DIY products?
No. Your professional discount applies only to the professional products area of the SNS website only.
Q. Are there any other benefits to being registered as a Pro with SNS?
There are MANY benefits to being registered with SNS as a licensed nail or beauty professional. First, you can access all the professional products, with a far wider range of colors and sizes created for the salon. And you get a permanent discount on every purchase. What’s more, you can access the industry’s top training programs in dip powder services and earn a prestigious SNS Nail Artist Certification. Q. What if I have a problem accessing my SNS Professional Products account?
Please email myaccount@snsnails.com and let us know the problem you’re experiencing. One of our customer service representatives will respond as soon as possible. If you've never provided your license to SNS, please attach an image and we'll swiftly upgrade your SNS account to Pro. Very Important: In the subject line or body of the email, please identify that you are a licensed nail and beauty professional.
